Come get in shape for the Fall season this summer! During July and August:

MONDAYs: 9:00 a.m.

WEDNESDAYs:  6:00 p.m.

THURSDAYs:  5:30 p.m.

SATURDAYs:  8:00 a.m.

Meet at the BHS track. This is not limited to X-C team members: bring friends, family, and face mask.

Rain or shine, unless thunder/lightning.

Registration has begun for the Fall Cross Country teams (girls and boys). Register at FamilyID.com.

When you are registered, coaches will communicate with you directly. Summer training has already begun - get ready for the season BEFORE the season officially starts in mid-August.

The Bow Boys X-C team will run in the Meet of Champions on Saturday, November 2, at Mine Falls Park in Nashua.

The Varsity Team of Adem Aricanli, Connor Bernard, Matt Cardarelli, Colin Lessard, Ben Neff, Gabe Neff, and Wyatt Weber place fifth at last week's NHIAA Division II Championship at Derryfield Park in Manchester. Colin, Ben, and Gabe qualified individually by placing in the top 25 finishers.

All girls and boys team members are invited to join the team bus to Nashua on Saturday, leaving BHS at 1:15. The boys will race at 3:20 p.m.

The storm knocked out power at Merrimack Valley High School, and the meet director has postponed the Capital Area meet to tomorrow, Friday, October 18. Bus will still leave BHS @ 2:00.

The John Sanborn Invitational X-Country Meet at Plymouth H.S. will kick off with the girls' race at 4:00 and the boys racing at 4:45 p.m. this Friday, October 11.

There is no school on Friday, so be at BHS at 1:45, because the bus will leave from school at 2:00 p.m.

BHS X-Country teams will assist the Bow Middle School in hosting its home X-C meet on Wednesday, October 2. Please report to the Premier Field at 3:00 for assignments.
