HIGHLIGHTS/KEY MOMENTS: The Golden Eagles placed two skiers in the top five as Gilford kicked off the New Hampshire Coaches Series Race by finishing third in the first race, a 5K classic held at Gunstock. Scores are combined from Saturday ’s race at Gunstock and the results of a skate race on Feb. 18 at Plymouth High School to decide who really is the best Nordic team in the state. The Ford Sayre Nordic team (28 points) currently leads Kennett (41), Gilford (47) and Concord (69). Inter-Lakes (eighth), Bow (12th), Kearsarge (13th) and Hopkinton (17th) are also competing in the 19-team field.

HIGHLIGHTS/KEY MOMENTS: Concord placed two skiers in the top 10 to take third place through the classic race of the New Hampshire Coaches Series. Ford Sayre (24), Kennett (37) and Concord (86) are the top three teams with Kearsarge (sixth), Hopkinton (eighth), Inter-Lakes (11th) and Bow (16th) also competing in the 19-team field.
