With one month to go until the cross country division championships, the Bow Falcons are coming into form, sweeping both team titles at their Homecoming race.
The Bow boys (28 points) won by a more comfortable margin, placing five runners in the top nine to top John Stark (44), Manchester West (70) and Pembroke (91).
John Stark’s Brandon Langdon won the race in 17:59 with West’s Max Frazier (18:12) and Bow’s Sam Berube (18:19) rounding out the top three.
Kirpal Demian (fourth, 18:42), Caleb Olson (fifth, 19:09), Gabe Neff (seventh, 19:13) and Calvin Carey (ninth, 19:21) also scored for Bow.
Jack Hagan (eighth, 19:20), Collin Astholz (10th, 19:30), Owen Payeur (11th, 19:34) and Erik Hilyard (14th, 20:10) were the other scorers for John Stark.
Josh Crandall (23rd, 22:07) and Jack Harkness (24th, 22:08) were the top runners for Pembroke.
