JV Falcons draw 2-2 vrs perennial bracket leaders ORHS. Down 2-0 late in the game, James Greens aggressive play in the final third earns his side a PK. Captain Carter Weiss cooly steps in and halves the lead. Moments later, OR strikes back on an offside play that was missed by the official, but corrected by the very sporting and classy ORHS coaching squad. With 2 minutes left in the game, Weiss snipes again from 18 yards out. Despite early game jitters, keeper Drew Burgess regains his form to keep his side in it with 12 saves, and a few answered prayers on near misses. Matei Botha, James Green, Carter Weiss, Gavin Buxton, Ryan Dolder, Cam Leonard, Caleb Sandahl, and Liam Miller each logged the full 80 minutes. Sidelined captain Jake Reardon picked up assistant coaching duties.
