HILLSBORO-DEERING HIGH SCHOOL: 6
Another resounding victory. But the score does not tell the entire story. We were flat to start the game, then settled into a competent rhythm on both sides of the ball. A bulldozing running game, coupled with exciting pass plays resulted in our second game scoring 40+ points. Defensively, we have given up a lone TD in two games-a great accomplishment in and of itself. I am very proud of the efforts of Bow Varsity Football thus far, and also a thank you to the students who came to support the team.
